I am writing this review to WARN others about the WORST experience I had with Mazda Elevators, specifically with the owner, Jaspinder Samby. Jaspinder LEFT our lift project halfway through, leaving the work unfinished and refused to return our money. We were forced to hire another lift manufacturer to complete the project, incurring additional costs and delays. Even now our work is not completed since Jaspinder hasn't shared the material with us. Despite multiple attempts to contact Jaspinder and request the remaining materials and refund, he has been unresponsive and has lied about sending the material. We have even sent a LEGAL NOTICE from the Police Station - Sector 53, Gurgaon to Jaspinder regarding this matter (check photos). Both Mazda Elevators and Mazda Gears are WRONG companies. Jaspinder and Anwar, the individuals involved, are CHORS and will not finish the work and will RUN AWAY with your money. Please DO NOT GIVE THEM any lift project.
